Margaret "Maggie" Fitzsimmons is a partner in the Chicago office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Her practice concentrates in civil and commercial litigation, including medical malpractice, professional liability, product liability, class action and mass tort litigation, employment law, and labor law. Ms. Fitzsimmons has represented clients in all stages of litigation, including jury trials in federal and state court.

  • A design professional accused of defective design of a major roadway
  • Defense of a man accused by his former wife of sexual assault and misconduct relating to their marriage
