Simone McCormick to Discuss Cyber Insurance at TAO Meetup
Eugene, Ore. (January 6, 2020) – Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Partner Simone McCormick will join a panel presentation at the Eugene ISSA & Technology Association of Oregon (TAO) Cybersecurity Meetup on January 9 at Capitello Wines in Eugene, Oregon.
The panelists will share an overview of the evolution of the cyber insurance marketplace, and help educate on today’s cyber insurance product offerings and the services available to policyholders. This event will provide a great opportunity to meet and network with other cybersecurity professionals in the region.
Ms. McCormick is a partner in Lewis Brisbois’ Portland office. She holds the ANSI-accredited Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and regularly assists individuals and corporations with managing data incidents, including forensics investigations, multi-state notifications of individuals and state and federal regulators.
