Lauren Motola-Davis to Speak on Food Recalls at NRRDA Seminar in Denver
Denver, Colo. (September 9, 2019) – Providence Managing Partner Lauren Motola-Davis will speak at the National Retail & Restaurant Defense Association’s (NRRDA) 3rd Annual Lighthouse Seminar on October 24 in Denver, Colorado. She will present a discussion titled “Food Recalls and Outbreaks Can be Difficult to Swallow.”
During the discussion, Ms. Motola-Davis’ will examine food recalls and contaminations from a regulatory, tort, and contractual perspective. She will also share new developments related to the legalization of cannabis in certain jurisdictions.
This seminar available to NRRDA members only. Membership in the NRRDA is open to those engaged in the defense of the retail and restaurant industries or anyone with interests in those industries.
