Spencer M. Mayer is an associate in the Miami office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. His practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation, including complex commercial litigation, products liability, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and insurance coverage.

Prior to joining the firm, Spencer worked for a Florida-based AmLaw 200 firm doing civil litigation. Before entering civil practice, he served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted felony criminal cases ranging from fraud to violent crimes and handled high-profile public corruption cases as a member of the Police Accountability and Integrity Team.

Outside of the office, Spencer serves on the Board of Directors of the Miami Dade Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section and as a member of the Economic Club of Miami.
