Joshua D. Cole is an associate in the Raleigh office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. He focuses on matters involving worker’s compensation, insurance defense, and employment law. Mr. Cole works with clients throughout all phases of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial.
 
During law school, Mr. Cole developed his advocacy skills as a competing member of the University of North Carolina’s Holderness Moot Court Team for Corporate Law, serving as a first chair member for two years. Prior to entering practice, Mr. Cole was a law clerk at a family law firm where he helped parties resolve cases involving separation and equitable distribution issues. Before attending law school, Mr. Cole worked as an intern for the North Carolina General Assembly.
 
Outside of his law practice, Mr. Cole serves as an Eagle Scout and participates in combat sports.
