Lewis Brisbois Welcomes Andrew Bluth in Sacramento

Sacramento, California (May 24, 2017) – Lewis Brisbois is pleased to welcome Andrew Bluth to its Sacramento office as a partner in the Commercial Litigation Practice.

Bluth has broad experience in a variety of fields and has represented clients such as financial institutions, telecommunications companies, railroads, utilities, contractors, developers, and startup technology companies in complex commercial disputes and regulatory matters.

Bluth has assisted clients with matters including national consumer class action defense, sophisticated contract disputes, complex writ practice, unfair business practices matters, and antitrust litigation and counseling.

He has conducted jury trials and arbitrations throughout California, appeared before the California Public Utilities Commission, litigated in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court, and represented clients before the Federal Communications Commission.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Bluth was a reporter for the New York Times and Orange County Register newspapers where he covered national breaking news events as well as the surf and restaurant industries.
