Leron Rogers Quoted by Law360

Atlanta Partner Leron E. Rogers was recently quoted by Law360 in an article titled “Rick Ross Dodges ‘Mastermind’ TM Suit After Cancellation.”

The article covers a California judge’s order cancelling a Los Angeles hip-hop artist’s trademark registration on the word “Mastermind” after finding consumers don’t automatically connect the word with its owner. Rogers, along with Los Angeles Partners Joshua S. Hodas and Craig Holden, represents Ross, Universal Music Group, and Maybach Music Group and spoke with Law360 about the case.
