Gordon Calhoun to Speak on eDiscovery Panel

San Francisco Partner Gordon J. Calhoun will participate in a panel titled “Data, Discovery, and Decisions: Extending Discovery from Collection to Creation” at 1:45 p.m. on April 25 as part of The Master’s Conference, held all day at the Bently Reserve in San Francisco.

The panel will discuss how big data is impacting today’s litigation landscape, the use of non-traditional tools and approaches, and how more organizations are conducting “data discovery” pre-litigation. It is one of a series of sessions held as part of The Master’s Conference, which is aimed bringing leading experts and professionals together to develop strategies, practices, and resources for managing the information life cycle.
