Kevin Torge

Associate

Kevin Torge is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Professional Liability Practice.

His practice primarily focuses on matters including claims against attorneys, accountants, insurance brokers, and other professionals. Throughout his career, Kevin has advocated zealously for his clients in obtaining successful resolutions of their cases.

Prior to joining LBBS, Kevin has a diverse background in defending general liability matters, which encompasses personal injury actions, labor law cases, and Child Victim’s Act claims. Kevin has considerable experience in guiding his cases from inception up to the point of trial, specifically in the discovery process, conducting in-depth investigations, drafting motions, legal pleadings, and research memoranda. In addition, he has handled depositions and in-court appearances.

On a personal level, Kevin is an enthusiast of the Bayern Munich football club, tennis, and holds a second-degree black belt in Shotokan Karate.

Kevin obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Business Law Association and Criminal Law Association, and obtained a Public Service Award for obtaining over 800 pro bono hours. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice & Criminology from Arizona State University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
