Clayton Sears joined the Wichita office of Lewis Brisbois as an associate in 2023. He is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment and General Liability Practices. With a strong background in chemistry, Clay has extensive experience working with private employers in the areas of EPA, DOT, and OSHA guidelines and regulations.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, he served as consultant with an environmental service company with more than 200,000 employees, leading weekly training sessions for employees and clients to ensure compliance with regulations including RCRA, transportation of hazardous materials, workplace safety, 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and regulations regarding hazardous and universal waste.

As an attorney in the Labor & Employment group, Clayton works with clients on a wide array of employment matters including workers’ compensation claims.
