Robert M. Reynolds

Associate

Rob Reynolds is an associate in the Kansas City office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment and General Liability Practices.

Rob advises and represents clients in various aspects of labor and employment law, including defending claims of discrimination, retaliation, and/or wrongful termination brought under state and federal law. He also regularly litigates matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, covenants not to compete, business torts, and theft of trade secrets. He has developed extensive experience involving complex legal issues, giving him unique insight on litigation and its effects on individuals and businesses.

Rob also has significant experience defending individuals and businesses in a variety of general liability litigation matters in the construction and health care industries. He also has defended numerous personal injury and wrongful death claims.

Rob previously served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Kansas bringing civil litigation on behalf of the Attorney General. During law school, Rob clerked for the Leavenworth County Attorney’s Office in Leavenworth, Kansas where he prosecuted DUI and other traffic-related crimes. Prior to law school, he worked for Senator Jerry Moran of Kansas in the Senator’s Washington, D.C., office.

Presently, Rob resides in Lenexa, Kansas with his wife and their two sons. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and is an avid sports fan.
