Jason A. Paskan is an associate in the Cincinnati office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice.

Mr. Paskan became licensed in Ohio in 2009 and started at a medical malpractice defense firm in Cleveland, Ohio. He worked at his first firm for approximately eight years defending nurses, doctors, hospitals, and nursing homes at the trial and appellate level before moving to Charleston, South Carolina. In Charleston, Mr. Paskan taught at a law school, primarily legal research, analysis, and writing, but also taught a class focused on the MPT portion of the Bar Exam. During this time, he co-created a class with a contracts professor, demonstrating for the students that transactional law and litigation cross paths in practice; the co-teaching aspect is the basis of a law review article.

Mr. Paskan is temporarily licensed to practice in Kentucky under SCR 2.117 pending admission to the Kentucky Bar. He returned to Ohio with his wife and resumed practice, eventually making his way to the Cincinnati Office of Lewis Brisbois in the Spring of 2023.
