Jane Crowley Pardini is a partner in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation Practices. 

Ms. Pardini specializes in claims and lawsuits arising from first-party coverage disputes and suspicious losses. She has also represented insurers in third-party insurance coverage litigation.

Ms. Pardini also has experience handling data privacy disputes and litigation and supporting government privacy compliance efforts working with the Privacy Enforcement & Protection Unit of the California Attorney General’s Office. She graduated with an LLM from Berkeley Law, U.S. News & World Report’s highest ranked program for Intellectual Property, with a Certificate in Law & Technology, and was a member of the Berkeley Information Privacy Law Association (BIPLA). She holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) credential and is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
