Kelly Ognibene is a partner in the Chicago office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Insurance Law and Insurance Coverage Practices. Kelly has nation-wide experience counseling clients regarding and handling both coverage and extra-contractual matters involving most types of policies, including professional liability, director’s and officers liability, employment practices liability, general liability, personal and advertising injury, business auto liability, and cyber and technology first party and liability coverage. Kelly’s experience includes drafting novel and innovative insurance policy provisions, and assisting clients with insurance regulatory compliance. She also has experience with novel coverage issues involving claims brought pursuant to the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act and has authored “hot topic” papers regarding the same.
