Marcella Alvarez Morgan is an associate in the Albuquerque office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Asbestos Litigation Practices. Marcella has a broad-ranging practice in commercial litigation that includes contracts, tax, employment, real estate and land use, insurance defense, construction, and healthcare. Her trial experience includes class action and multidistrict litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Prior to coming to Lewis Brisbois, Marcella served as a litigation attorney at two Boston-based law firms and one Albuquerque based firm. She also interned for American Tower Corporation, Massachusetts Department of Revenue, and BNY.
