Doug Morgan is a partner in the Jackson, MS office. Doug’s practice focuses on insurance coverage analysis, opinions, consulting, disputes, litigation, arbitration, and appeals.

He has extensive experience in representing domestic and foreign insurers and reinsurers in a wide range of first party and third-party insurance coverage matters, including property, all risk, builder’s risk, delay in start-up, refinery, and energy losses, commercial general liability, construction defect claims, and professional liability. Doug also has extensive experience in handling bad faith claims.

Doug strives to provide clients with a roadmap to reach final resolution of issues and claims as effectively and efficiently as possible, while paying close attention to detail and keeping the clients regularly informed throughout the process.
