Partner

Vincent Gunter is a partner in the Kansas City office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment and General Liability Practices.

Vince practices nationwide in cases involving products liability, medical malpractice, toxic torts, environmental issues, and employment law. He has personally tried, managed, and settled hundreds of personal injury, employment, and environmental cases in federal and state courts across the nation. He recently successfully defended and resolved a multi-million dollar cost recovery action involving multiple PRPs and contamination dating back over 70 years.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Vince served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army and was awarded the Bronze Star medal while serving in Iraq from 2004 to 2005.
