William Gosling

Associate

William Gosling is an Associate in the New York Office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Gosling represents clients in employment disputes involving employment discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour matters at the federal and state court levels, as well as before administrative agencies.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Gosling was an Agency Attorney for the New York City Housing Authority representing the agency in various employment cases before New York State and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies. Mr. Gosling also previously served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department in the Special Federal Litigation Division. In that capacity, Mr. Gosling defended the City of New York and its' employees in various civil rights cases in federal court. He conducted dozens of depositions, settled numerous cases, and received complete defense verdicts for numerous clients in trials venued in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
