Haley Gorey is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Entertainment, Media & Sports and Corporate Practices.

Ms. Gorey focuses on general corporate and entertainment transactional matters. In the corporate space, this includes mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate formation and governance. In the entertainment space, she focuses on drafting and negotiating agreements within the music, sports and TV/film industries. 

Ms. Gorey has experience in negotiating music licensing agreements, endorsement deals, and talent appearance releases, among other things. Her research focuses on Name, Image and Likeness rights both in collegiate sports and elsewhere. 

Ms. Gorey also graduated from the Patterson School of Accountancy, a competitive accounting program consistently ranked at the top of the charts both in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) and nationally.
