Leonard H. Franco Jr. is an associate in the Newark office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Banking & Finance and Consumer Financial Services Practices. Mr. Franco focuses his practice on Creditors' Rights litigation, Fair Debt Collection Practices, Regulation F, Civil Judgment Enforcement, Corporate Legal Compliance and general litigation matters. He also handles Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and Regulation Z defense. Mr. Franco has extensive experience representing banks, credit card services companies, financial service companies and debt buyers in a variety of matters in state court, alternative dispute resolution and arbitration. Mr. Franco is a graduate of Rutgers University - New Brunswick and Quinnipiac University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
