Gilon Fogel is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices. Gilon currently concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, and other general corporate law matters. His work spans a range of industries, including technology, entertainment, and commercial real estate development.

In addition to his current practice, Gilon has experience in corporate immigration, where he assisted companies with employee mobility issues during the COVID-19 pandemic. These companies ranged in size from small businesses to large enterprises in industries such as technology, entertainment, commercial real estate development, automotive, and hospitality. 

Gilon earned his Juris Doctor from UC College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where he served as Executive Articles Editor of Volume 73 of Hastings Law Journal. During this time, Gilon participated in the Startup Legal Garage, where he worked with Bay Area law firms to provide legal services to San Francisco and Silicon Valley startup companies.
