Timothy Brown is an associate in the Boston office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability, Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation, and OSHA Safety and Health Practices. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  

Mr. Brown currently focuses his practice on the defense of corporations, manufacturers, contractors, suppliers, and premises owners in matters involving product liability, general liability, and toxic tort and environmental litigation. He enjoys a varied practice encompassing matters such as complicated product liability involving wrongful death to matters involving ordinary negligence with limited damages. Regardless of the scale, scope, or complexity, he cares deeply about the details of each case and the likelihood of success on the merits. 

Mr. Brown also strongly believes in taking an active approach in the cases he is involved in. He enjoys meeting clients, investigating accident scenes, oral advocacy, negotiating, and attending hearings, mediations, or arbitrations whenever applicable. This active approach extends beyond his caseload and Mr. Brown enjoys volunteering his time to help others through organizations he is associated with. In addition, he frequently seeks out opportunities to be a positive influence in both the legal community and abroad. 

Mr. Brown’s prior experience includes several years representing plaintiffs in matters involving serious personal injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence. During this time, Mr. Brown practiced across the Commonwealth in District and Superior Courts and settled over one hundred cases through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. Prior to becoming an attorney, he gained valuable experience in the legal division of a busy state department assisting with civil litigation matters. He has also gained valuable experience as a law clerk with the City Solicitor's Office of a local municipality outside of Boston.
