Eliot Bennion is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Eliot has a strong science background and enjoys working with experts on technical aspects of cases. Prior to law school, he studied chemistry as an undergrad at BYU and while attending graduate school at UC Berkeley.

During and immediately after law school, Eliot worked at a small products liability firm on the plaintiff's side. He then moved to a mid-sized insurance defense firm, working on a variety of civil litigation matters, but focusing on insurance defense and consumer defense. Eliot has second-chaired three trials in California state courts.
