Litigation Database Tracking & Analysis - Los Angeles

Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP is seeking a Litigation Case Manager who will collaborate with the managing partner and the quality assurance team to track a large volume of insurance defense cases. A strong understanding of legal database management is needed.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a large law firm setting, insurance company or in project management. Degree/Paralegal Certificate not required but preferred. Excellent working knowledge of Concordance including building databases, loading and manipulating data. Expert proficiency using Excel software. Proficiency with PowerPoint a plus. Accounting background, experience desirable. An analytical mindset and approach is required.
Ability to multi-task a wide variety of duties and complete them in a timely fashion. Ability to work on repetitive tasks for a long period of time, reading, extracting, summarizing information from status reports and updating the database.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, attorneys, and clients in a professional manner. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, due to a high level of Client (internal/external) contact.
