Dan DeCarlo Talks ITC Probe With Law360

Los Angeles Partner Dan DeCarlo recently spoke with Law360 for an article titled “ITC Probe Broadens Rockwell IP War With Radwell.”

DeCarlo, who represented Radwell at the district court level, told Law360 that he was surprised Rockwell decided to pursue an ITC case given the existing litigation between the two companies.

“That Rockwell waited years to file an ITC complaint (essentially tracking its infringement claims in the district court), further supports Radwell’s view that Rockwell is engaging in anti-competitive conduct,” DeCarlo said.
