Ani Tolmoyan is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Consumer Warranty and Products Liability Practices, and Class Action. Ani has represented Global 500 clients around the country in products liability and general liability defense. She has also defended several major public entities, including the Los Angeles Sheriff Department. Ani has significant experience with warranty and fraud litigation on behalf of automotive manufacturers and distributors. She manages all aspects of litigation, including counseling clients on litigation avoidance strategies and pre-filing. Ani also has extensive experience drafting motions to compel, motions for summary judgment, demurrers, discovery requests and responses in state and federal courts. Ani has served as trial counsel in Federal Court and State Court in warranty cases against automobile manufacturers and distributors.

Ani is dedicated to pro bono work and previously served as the Chair of the Education Committee and Public Counsel for the Center for Truth and Justice.
