Roger Raphael is a partner in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois, a vice-chair of the Consumer Warranty Practice, and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. Mr. Raphael's specialties include insurance coverage advice and litigation, and professional liability defense.

Insurance expertise includes CGL (including trigger, property damage, business risk, contribution, apportionment, pollution, advertising injury and personal injury issues), excess/umbrella, professional liability, first-party property, title insurance and bond claims.

Professional Liability expertise includes defense of errors and omissions litigation against diverse professionals: attorneys, real estate agents, escrows, landlords, insurance agents, claims administrators, financial planners, debt collectors, and notaries.

Consumer Warranty litigation includes defense of lemon law litigation and related claims, representing manufacturers of automobiles, motorcycles, motor homes and other consumer goods, as well as dealers, finance companies, and related entities.
