Andrew Ralli is an associate in the Wilmington office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation and Directors & Officers and Securities Litigation Practices. He focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and complex commercial litigation, including matters involving merger & acquisition-related litigation, patent litigation, stockholder derivative and class action suits, and other disputes arising from the ownership and sale of securities. Mr. Ralli also advises clients on corporate governance issues, officer and director fiduciary obligations, officer and director indemnity, and the resolution of alternative entity disputes.

In addition to appearing before all of Delaware's trial courts, Mr. Ralli has successfully briefed and/or argued several appeals before the Delaware Supreme Court.
