Jacquita Parks is an associate in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Professional Liability, General Liability, and Architects & Engineers Practices. Seasoned litigator and has experience in representing governmental entities and individuals in a wide variety of matters in State and Federal Courts in Georgia.
Served as lead counsel for multimillion-dollar lawsuits in matters involving personal injury, federal constitutional civil rights claims, employment discrimination, construction litigation, and real estate matters.

Prior to joining LBB, was a Senior Attorney in the Law Department of a Municipal entity. Also gained valuable experience as the Senior Law Clerk to Judge Thomas A. Cox, Jr. of the Fulton County Superior Court. Before clerking, served as an Assistant Public Defender in multiple jurisdictions in the State of Georgia.

Jacquita has been very involved in her community since a very young age. Most notably during her legal career Jacquita has served as a faculty member for Savannah High School’s Street Law Program, Mentor for the 100 Black Men “Court’s in Session” Program, Central High School Mock Trial Coach, Vice President of the Port City Bar Association, Co-Chair of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorney’s Judicial and Public Office Academy, Chair of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyer's Judicial Applicant Review Committee, and Representative at Large of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyer's Foundation Board. Jacquita is a 2015 graduate of the Young Lawyer’s Division Leadership Academy, a 2017 graduate of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorney’s Judicial and Public Office Academy, and a 2022 graduation of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyer's Leadership Academy 2.0.
