William R. H. Mosher is a partner in the Sacramento and Los Angeles offices of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. With significant experience defending employers in administrative and civil actions of all kinds, William focuses his practice on class action, FLSA, and PAGA litigation in state and federal forums. He has represented employers ranging in size from startups to Fortune 500 companies, including restaurants, hotels, retail stores, medical service providers, international delivery companies, motion picture studios, banks, and public entities. Regardless of size, however, William provides each of his clients with the highest levels of service, attention, and communication.

In addition, William frequently speaks on wage and hour related topics to help employers remain compliant with California’s ever-increasing and constantly changing employment laws. He has presented on subjects including the enforceability of time rounding policies, the ability of employers to regulate employee speech, employers’ rights under the Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act/Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and best practices for preparing employee handbooks. William also performs audits of employers’ wage and hour practices, and conducts wage and hour as well as sexual harassment training for clients’ management level employees.
