Barry Rothschild is an associate in the firm’s Professional Liability Practice where he represents design professionals and other businesses and individuals facing a wide variety of matters involving contract claims, duty of care, tort defense, professional liability, complex construction, and commercial litigation. Barry is admitted and regularly practices in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut.
Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Barry worked in litigation firms in Massachusetts focusing on complex litigation in construction matters, insurance subrogation, and insurance claims investigations. Barry’s experience also includes representing clients and insurers in products liability and motor vehicle matters and has extensive experience in electronic discovery and predictive coding.
Barry is a graduate of Tufts University (B.A.) and Northeastern University School of Law (J.D.). While in law school Barry served as a judicial intern with the Honorable Judith C. Cutler and Honorable Gordon H. Piper at the Massachusetts Land Court Department.
