John Lynch is the Administrative Partner in the Dallas office of Lewis Brisbois and leads the firm’s Labor & Employment practice in Dallas. He and his group of dedicated professionals specialize in representing employers in discrimination suits, noncompete and trade secret matters, and other employment disputes. Mr. Lynch regularly represents employers in state and federal courts and administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Texas Workforce Commission Civil Rights Division. He also regularly assists both employers and C-Suite executives in the negotiation of employment and separation agreements and provides advice and counsel to employers across the country regarding their workplace policies and practices.

Mr. Lynch also represents clients in complex commercial litigation and professional liability matters. He is also a licensed non-public arbitrator with FINRA Dispute Resolution Services and has assisted financial advisors with arbitrations under FINRA’s Dispute Resolution Services.

Mr. Lynch is a member of the Board of Directors of the Dallas St. Thomas More Society and the National Alumni Board of the University of Dallas.
