John Meyer is an associate in the Indianapolis office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. John has practiced law for over 20 years with a concentration in litigation and insurance defense. John has extensive experience in worker’s compensation defense having maintained a statewide worker’s compensation practice as part of his practice areas for over 15 years. John has practiced over his career in both state and federal court, and he has achieved summary judgments for clients in both state and federal court. John also has experience representing clients in labor and employment litigation. John has argued successfully before the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in an employment discrimination case. In addition, John has significant experience representing businesses in the area of traditional labor law, including unfair labor practice trials and collective bargaining.
