Laureen Frister is a partner in the Las Vegas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Class Action & Mass Tort Practices. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in trials involving products liability and breach of contract disputes. Ms. Frister has defended national restaurant and retail chains, international manufacturers and product designers, real estate investment and property management firms, casinos and hotels, newspaper publishers, trucking brokers, and motorists. Her cases have involved catastrophic personal injury claims, wrongful death, products liability, foodborne illness, premises liability, negligent security, and contractual claims.

Ms. Frister graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael A. Cherry in the Eighth Judicial District Court in Clark County, Nevada, and the Honorable William Q. Hayes in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois in Las Vegas, Ms. Frister practiced law in San Diego, CA and Chicago, IL. Ms. Frister is a member of the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys (SNAWA), and volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).
