Kelsey Scherr is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment and ADA Compliance & Defense Practices. She represents management in a variety of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination. She also assists clients with pre-litigation resolution of employee disputes and general employment counseling.
Ms. Scherr has experience drafting law and motion, responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, arguing substantive and dispositive motions, and attending and participating in mediation and trial. Her trial experience includes participation in a month-long trial resulting in a defense verdict and all aspects of trial preparation, including witness preparation, voir dire, and drafting jury instructions and motions in limine.
