Jennifer Oetter is the managing partner in the Portland office of Lewis Brisbois and a vice-chair of the Healthcare, Medical Malpractice, and Long-Term Care Practices. Her practice is focused on civil litigation and the representation of hospitals and health care professionals.

As part of her health care liability practice, Ms. Oetter has experience representing providers from a variety of medical specialties, including: cardiology, neurosurgery, emergency medicine, primary care medicine, cardio-thoracic surgery, general surgery, neurology, oncology, orthopedic surgery, infectious disease, hospital nursing, clinic nursing, obstetrics and gynecology, pathology, radiology and others. Over the years and primarily as a result of the types of lawsuits that are filed, Ms. Oetter has gained extensive experience with the unique and evolving issues related to birth injury and sepsis litigation.
