Sebastian Lee is a partner in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Workers' Compensation Practice. He represents employers, public entities, third party administrators, insurance companies, and self-insured entities in workers’ compensation matters throughout California.
Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Lee represented plaintiffs in personal injury and general liability matters. During that time, he served as first chair in several bench and jury trials, and also led arbitrations and mediations on behalf of his clients. He also successfully litigated cases at the appellate level, including conducting oral arguments before the Second District Court of Appeal.
A trial lawyer at heart, Mr. Lee brings energy and tenacity to all of his cases, yet approaches litigation with an eye towards cost-effective resolution in the best interests of his clients.
