Danielle Smith



Danielle M. Smith is a partner in the Lafayette office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Insurance Coverage Practice. She concentrates her practice in the areas of bad faith litigation, construction litigation, admiralty and appellate advocacy. She has successfully defended clients in a multitude of litigation matters, including first party and third party insurance coverage disputes, environmental law and professional liability claims. She is experienced in litigating breach of contract claims, extracontractual claims and general tort matters, including personal injury, property damage and premises liability, and is uniquely qualified to handle complex insurance and appellate issues.
