Beth Ann Berger Zerman is a partner in the Chicago office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Corporate, Business Practices, Complex Business & Commercial Litigation, and Bad Faith Litigation Practices.

Ms. Berger's has over twenty years of experience in advising closely held corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities on issues of governance, employment, vendor relations, restrictive covenants, intellectual property, licensing, advertising, real estate and acquisitions. Ms. Berger represents companies in a broad range of industries including financial, import, manufacturing, health care and media.

Ms. Berger also has more than 20 years of experience representing insurers and commercial clients on a national basis in complex civil litigation, such as matters involving Declaratory Judgment; Bad Faith; Commercial Contracts; and Commercial Torts including disputes involving trade secrets and unfair competition. She is a former Director of Litigation for a Chicago-based national property, casualty and specialty lines insurer. While in Law School, Ms. Berger was selected as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Harry D. Leinenweber, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
