Brian Slome is a partner in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Professional Liability Practice. Mr. Slome focuses his practice on the defense of attorneys and other professionals, including insurance agents and brokers, architects and engineers, real estate agents and inspectors. Mr. Slome defends attorneys in disciplinary proceedings. Mr. Slome also defends pollution and environmental matters, both property damage and personal injury matters caused by products and real property, air and water conditions. Mr. Slome handles government regulatory matters, as well as appeals in state and federal court as a regular part of his practice.
