Ms. Sirias’ recent experience includes such matters as:
- Litigation of copyright infringement cases in the textile design area
- Litigation of numerous trademark infringement including cases dealing with domain names and high profile litigation involving use of trademark for cosmetics
- Trade secret misappropriation matters including cases involving patent technology and trademark infringement dispute involving dynamic light scattering devices used to measure particles in a liquid solution
- Cases involving claims under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and Stored Communications Act
- Litigation involving trademark infringement related to use of University of Southern California's trademark on dental implant
