Manuel Sarmiento is a partner in the San Bernardino office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Insurance Law and Bad Faith Litigation Practices. He is extensively involved in the defense of extra contractual actions filed by insureds including homeowners policies, automobile policies and general liability coverage. Mr. Sarmiento also practices appellate law and is a member of the firm’s Appellate Practice Group.  Additionally, Mr. Sarmiento has extensive experience in Immigration Law with a focus on employment based visas having clerked ten years in that field.
