Christopher Nevis is the co-managing partner in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois and a co-chair of the nationwide General Liability Practice. Mr. Nevis has extensive experience in civil litigation of complex personal injury actions, including construction site accidents, premises liability, product liability and automobile/trucking accidents.

Mr. Nevis has tried numerous cases to defense verdicts in California Superior Courts including cases involving issues of premises liability and automobile/trucking accidents. Mr. Nevis has arbitrated (binding and non-binding) and mediated over 1,000 cases with successful results. Mr. Nevis' general liability practice includes defense of serious personal injury matters, including, wrongful death, quadriplegia, paraplegia, and traumatic brain injury.

Mr. Nevis represents contractors and subcontractors in cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. Mr. Nevis represents numerous concert venues, clubs and musical groups in cases involving security measures at concerts and events. Mr. Nevis represents trucking and waste collection companies with respect to general automobile claims, as well as all claims arising from solid waste collection, transport and disposal. Mr. Nevis represents employers in the defense and appeal of Cal-OSHA citations. Mr. Nevis represents numerous hotels, resorts, restaurants, golf courses and department stores in premises liability matters.
