Larissa Nefulda is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Professional Liability Practice. She focuses her practice on professional liability, and consumer litigation defense and financial services. Ms. Nefulda has experience representing professionals including escrow agents, real estate brokers, attorneys, and insurance brokers and agents. She has been involved in numerous cases including class actions, involving allegations of unfair debt collection practices under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), the California Rosenthal Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”). Ms. Nefulda has also represented public entities such as the Los Angeles Unified School District.
