Rachel Lee is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a vice-chair of the Labor & Employment Practice. Ms. Lee has substantial experience representing employers in litigation matters which include wrongful termination, employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wage and hour issues, including class action defense.
In addition to employment-related litigation, Ms. Lee provides preventative employment counseling to clients regarding employment contracts, employee privacy rights, reductions in force, terminations, employee discipline and investigations into employee complaints. Ms. Lee also provides her expertise in connection with drafting, revising and auditing employee handbooks, client policies and procedures, arbitration, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements and affirmative action plans. She presents employment management training seminars on topics such as workplace investigations, sexual harassment and discrimination prevention and wage and hour law compliance.
