Stephen Hiura is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. His broad-based civil litigation practice includes the representation of individuals, corporations, non-profit organizations, public entities and financial institutions.
Mr. Hiura has jury trial success in matters involving premises liability, employment discrimination, negligent supervision, sexual molestation, assault and battery, wrongful foreclosure and violations of the California Constitution and Education Code. He has extensive arbitration, mediation and other ADR experience involving personal injury, trucking-transportation, construction defect, breach of contract and products liability matters. Mr. Hiura has participated as a Crash Settlement Conference Officer, Los Angeles County Superior Court (North Central District).
