Alexis Crump is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois. She is a co-chair of the Commercial Lending Practice, a vice chair of our Corporate and Italy Practices, and co-chair of the Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee.

Alexis has more than 25 years of experience in private equity, municipal finance, real estate, EB-5 financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Over her career, she has closed several billion dollars of financings, acquisitions, and sales for private equity, lending institutions, developers, and public entities.

Alexis helps mid-sized companies navigate complex issues and find creative solutions. She counsels on next steps to create and optimize value – whether by transfer, restructuring or borrowing. She has finance experience across industries and geographic regions with closings of, among others, airports, a baseball stadium, rail and transit systems, solar generation facilities, an international steel company, medical supply distribution, national transportation companies, software companies, a national amusement park, university student housing, a major oil company headquarters, a horse racing facility, casino and hotels, an international travel company, and logistics facilities at a major airport. Alexis was on the team that structured the closing of Norton Air Force Base and the repurposing of the site to the San Bernardino International Airport. She was also on the team that initially structured the San Bernardino Transit Center to support the Metrolink Arrow light rail line.

Her international work is primarily focused on representing European law firms and their clients in their cross-border work in the United States, namely structuring, documentation, due diligence, and compliance. She has spearheaded the formation and growth of Lewis Brisbois’ Italian cross-border practice, in which she serves as vice chair.
