In this informative CLE session, titled “Years of Change: Intergenerational Diversity in the Workplace,” Ms. Rodgers and her co-panelists will explore the differences, challenges and opportunities that are created as a result of a workplace spanning five generations. The panel members will discuss their experiences related to forms of communication, differences in dress codes, office politics, and remote work.
