Jason Harrington



Jason Harrington is a Labor & Employment Practice partner in the Seattle office. His practice focuses on employment, civil-rights, and wage and hour defense work for companies and other employers in all venues including federal, state, government agency, arbitration, mediation, and other negotiations before the EEOC, Washington HRC, Washington Dept. of Labor, and the Seattle Office for Civil Rights. This includes experience defending employers and other clients against administrative charges and lawsuits asserting claims of employment discrimination based on such protected classifications as race, national origin, gender, age, disability, hostile work environment and harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, and wage and hour violations. 

Mr. Harrington also advises clients on employment agreements, separation and severance agreements, policies, handbooks, and other matters. 

He also represents businesses, contractors, landlords and others in contract negotiations, breach of contract cases, premises and products liability claims, personal injury matters, consumer protection issues, public accommodation claims, and similar.
