Boston, Mass. (April 11, 2024) – Boston Partner Patricia Gary will serve as a co-chair for an upcoming Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) seminar centered around climate change on April 25 at 4:00 p.m. ET.

This 90-minute webinar, titled “Climate Change And The Built Environment: Recent Developments In Massachusetts Law,” will offer practical guidance on managing climate change risks through effective contracting practices and innovative project delivery approaches. It highlights shortcomings in current building codes and regulations regarding climate risk, discusses evolving professional standards of care, and examines how climate-related litigation can drive climate adaptation and resilience efforts forward. Ms. Gary will be co-chairing this event with Deanna Moran Craig of Conservation Law Foundation. CLE credits are available.

Ms. Gary is a member of the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation Practices. She represents clients in complex commercial disputes across a broad range of industries, including professional liability actions against architects, engineers, and other professionals. Ms. Gary specializes in the areas of insurance coverage litigation and advice and has successfully tried bad faith cases to conclusion.
